Royal Oak Catering Company, formerly known as Stewart’s Catering, was formed by Chef Doug Stewart, his Director of Catering, Laura Poole, and business partner Frank Mallory, in 2012. Stewart’s Catering joined forces with Paul Milne and Candace Chiaruttini of The Oaks Waterfront Inn & Events in 2019, and Royal Oak Catering Company was born. Offering options for all occasions, from intimate dinners to grand-scale celebrations, Royal Oak Catering has established itself as one of the top caterers on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
